P&Z is seeking your input on the 2nd Phase Amendment to the Joint Zoning Ordinance, includes revised Articles 4, 5 and 7, which contain the Districts Standards (District Names, Unit Types, Parking, Landscaping, Signage, Setbacks, etc.), District Uses and Enforcement. This amendment repeals prior Articles 5, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 13 of the 2004 Zoning Ordinance.”
