2015 Annual Celebration

The Danville-Boyle County Chamber of Commerce will have its Annual Celebration on Friday, Jan. 23, at the Danville Country Club.
 
Doors open at 6:15 p.m. and a banquet-style dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. The dinner menu will include chicken marsala, green beans almondine, parsley new potatoes, salad and rolls. A variety of desserts will be provided by several local Chamber member restaurants and catering companies. There will be a cash bar, and tea, lemonade and water will be provided with dinner. 
 
This year's theme is "Betting on Business: Deal Me In" and guests will enjoy live Las Vegas-style entertainment throughout the evening. 
 
"To go along with our Las Vegas theme, Elvis will be in the house," said Chamber Executive Director Paula Fowler. "An Elvis impersonator will perform a couple of times during the evening. It's going to be a lot of fun, and we encourage everyone to come out and enjoy the festivities." 
 
An awards ceremony, honoring outstanding community volunteers and leaders, will be at 7:50 p.m. 
 
"This year, we are looking back over 2014 to recognize deserving businesses and individuals who have made a positive impact on our community," Fowler said. 
 
Tickets are $40 per person. Reservations must be made by Jan. 16.
