Historically Bold 100th Birthday Bash
The Chamber of Commerce 100 Year Bash was certainly a night to remember!
Chowan’s transformation into a glamourous banquet hall set the tone for the evening as all guests were greeted to a reception of delicious hors d'oeuvres and top-class entertainment. With over 300 in attendance, the night was full of celebration and joy.
The Bluegrass themed menu promised to delight and it delivered without exception as all dishes exceeded expectations. We personally loved the Ale8 braised pork!
Big thanks to our talented performers, Heritage Area String Program, Travis Kern and Michael Hughes. The musical stylings of each complimented the night perfectly and got everyone in the spirit of celebration.
The Silent Auction ignited everyone’s competitive spirit as every item was bid on until the end of the night. Congratulations to all that won and a huge thanks on behalf of the Challenge Foundation to everyone that bid.
The night was truly made special thanks to the business community of Danville. We are so lucky to work with such enthusiastic members of our community and we hope to see you all again at next year's banquet.
